Birthday Sign Name Discs

You can choose to order blank discs that you can personally write the names and date on each one OR order engraved discs - you provide us with names and dates. EACH name disc comes with one binder ring. 

For example, if you have 50 birthdays, you will order 50 discs either blank or engraved. 

If you choose to have each disc engraved, you must EITHER, leave each name with corresponding date in the notes section at checkout OR email us at mountainedgedesigns@gmail.com

***Please make sure your order is complete for the Birthday Sign by making sure you've added the sign and the amount of name discs to your cart.
